Carol is a Registered Dental Hygienist at Veera Family Dentistry.  She graduated from Delta Community College in 1995 where she was the recipient of the Crest Leadership Award for outstanding leadership as a dental hygiene student.  Carol joined our dental team after her graduation, bringing her strong leadership skills, and has been a team member ever since!  She enjoys working in a close-knit family practice environment and developing lasting relationships with her many patients.  Carol especially loves working with children and says that sometimes they teach her a thing or two.  When not working, she enjoys babysitting her grandson and spending time with her family.

Alicia is a dental hygienist at Veera Family Dentistry. She graduated from Mott Community College in 1993 with her degree in dental hygiene and a passion for her profession and has worked here ever since. Her enthusiastic approach to learning and educating have endeared her to her patients, many of whom she now calls her friends. She grew up in Bridgeport and now lives in Saginaw Township. She has three children and 5 grandchildren whom she adores and loves spending her time with.

Jamie graduated as a Registered Dental Assistant in 2012 from Delta Community College and joined the Veera Family Dentistry team in January 2016. She rapidly became a highly valued team member and assumed many responsibilities and duties. She quickly and ably took the lead when we branched out to digital scanning, orthodontics and cosmetic dentistry in our practice. She has also been trained in DSD (Digital Smile Design) and injectable composites alongside Dr Veera in Miami, FL and has begun training in Myofunctional Sleep Therapy with Dr. Veera as we continue to expand our practice and offer even more services to our patients. Jamie was raised in Tawas, MI and returned to Saginaw with her husband and 3 young sons. On the weekends, you’ll find her either outside with her boys or at the ball field enjoying youth sports.

Stacy is a valued and competent member of the Veera Family Dentistry team and joined the practice in 2021.  She previously worked in an endodontic office for 18 years and now enjoys the diversity and challenge of working in a general dentistry practice.  Stacy brings a smile and “can do” attitude to everything she undertakes.  Stacy was born and raised in Saginaw and is a city girl at heart.  She is married and has three wonderful children.  Stacy is looking forward to many more great years working with Dr. Veera and the rest of her stellar team!

Jennifer is our front office billing and insurance specialist.  She began her dental career as a dental assistant in 1988 after graduating from Delta Community College as a Certified Dental Assistant.  Jennifer brings her 35 years of dental experience and outgoing personality to the Veera Family Dentistry team.  She was born and raised in Saginaw and enjoys spending time at her cottage and boating with her family.  She loves to cook and enjoys trying new recipes and sharing them with her many friends.

With over 24 years of dedicated experience in the dental field, Tasha brings a wealth of knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care to every patient she treats. Her journey in dentistry began as a Registered Dental Assistant, a role she excelled in for 10 years before choosing to advance her career. Driven by a passion for dental health, she returned to school at Wayne County Community College, graduating with honors in 2011 as a Registered Dental Hygienist.Since then, Tasha hasn’t looked back. She is deeply committed to providing gentle, high-quality care and educating her patients on the importance of oral health. Known for her warm demeanor and meticulous attention to detail, Tasha excels at making patients feel comfortable, safe, and valued in the dental chair.

Maria is our Office Coordinator and the friendly heart of our practice. She also oversees our Airway and Sleep Program, ensuring every patient receives thoughtful, attentive support. Originally from Honduras, Maria holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Business from Mississippi State University.Since joining our team in 2024, she has brought warmth, organization, and a genuine sense of care to every part of the office. Fluent in Spanish and French, Maria enjoys helping patients feel comfortable, understood, and confident—especially those who prefer communicating in another language. Her kindness and willingness to help make her a reassuring presence for everyone who walks through our doors.Outside of the office, Maria is a proud mom of two children who are already in college. She enjoys gardening, traveling to new places, and spending time with family and friends.
